I'm Olivier Massain, a Product Designer with 15 years of experience designing enterprise software across workforce management, financial intelligence, and construction scheduling. After spending most of my career in Montreal, I'm currently relocating to France with my family and exploring remote opportunities across Europe.

Throughout my career, I've worked on products used by millions of employees, finance teams, project managers, schedulers, and business leaders. My work focuses on helping people navigate complexity by transforming large amounts of operational data into experiences that support understanding, decision-making, and action.

More recently, that work has included AI-assisted experiences, from enterprise analytics and conversational interfaces to workflow automation. Regardless of the technology involved, I'm most interested in designing products that make complex systems easier to understand and use.
